De Struise Brouwers En Alvinne


If you fancy yourself as a beer adventurers these two brewers are for you. The unique beers created by De Struise Brouwers and Alvinne will leave you amazed by the range on offers. Both of these brewers may stay on a familiar path but, more often than not, they will veer away from it. Their beers can be as light as a feather (2% ABV) or top-heavy (25%), pale yellow or tar-black, they range from thirst-quenchers to digestives. A visit to this stand will be a fast-tracked journey through the rich taste spectrum offered by the noble drink of beer. The Struise Brouwers’ range comprises: the dark Pannenpot in different versions, Struise Rosse, Struise Witte, Black Albert, Tjeeses and the Black Damnation series, often created in collaboration with brewing colleagues from abroad. The two mates who are Alvinne experiment to their hearts’ content with fermentation, from top-fermentation to wild fermentation (lambic beers), and everything in between. Try their Morpheus range, the wood-matured Cuvée d’Erpigny and Cuvée de Montagne, the Flemish red-brown Undressed Monbazillac Barrel Aged. Fasten your tastebuds!
