Peéaris - Vliegend Paard

Préaris established itself with a Quadrupel that can be situated between the Rochefort 10 and Westvleteren 12 but is a tad more bitter. Since then, they have added the refreshing Préaris Blond with its citrusy aromas derived from American hops. This extra-hopped IPA provides a good dose of grapefruit. It is a full-mouthed, hoppy and fruity beer with a bitter finish. The Préaris Belma is a white beer with ingredients including wheat malt, wheat and oat flakes, flavoured with coriander and orange peel. American Belma hops provide the bitter touch. This seasonal beer is sold in spring and summer. Quadroccino is a degustation beer, brewed with coffee beans. The main impressions are those of coffee, nuts and dark fruits with added caramel and vanilla, and a slightly bitter finish. Finally, this brewery produces the Préaris Grand Cru limited edition, a beer matured in Ardbeg peat whisky barrels, with its own smokey aromas. Connoisseurs, beware.
